Use the replacement parts included in this Udor Buna Diaphragm Repair Kit - 8700.12 to restore damaged diaphragms on the Udor Kappa 30, Kappa 40, or T35 Diaphragm Pumps.

This repair kit works on the following Udor Diaphragm Pumps: Udor Kappa 30, Kappa 40, and T35. 

To keep your Udor diaphragm pump operating up to standards, you will need to replace the diaphragms every 500 hours or at season's end, whichever comes first. A good indication the diaphragms are damaged is if you notice the pump oil has a milky grey color or if the oil plug pops out. This most likely indicates the diaphragms have ruptured and need to be replaced immediately. Running your pump with damaged diaphragms can cause extensive damage to your pump.
