These Turbo TeeJet Induction TTI11004-VP Wide Angle Flat Spray Nozzles are available in a package of 12.
The United States EPA has recently approved a new Dicamba-based herbicide from Monsanto called 'XtendiMax' for over-the-crop application in soybeans and cotton. The specifications of the Turbo TeeJet Induction TTI11004-VP Spray Nozzle were included in the approval and recognized as the only nozzle approved for the application of XtendiMax, specifically from the nozzle's ability to generate very low levels of driftable droplets that were vital to the success of this new formulation. Monsanto anticipates that XtendiMax will be adopted across the United States in the future and extensive testing has shown that the TTI11004-VP can provide excellent drift control and weed control efficacy when applying XtendiMax.
These Turbo TeeJet Induction TTI11004-VP Nozzles generate a 110° wide angle, tapered flat fan spray pattern with air induction technology that results in less drift. They have an outlet orifice design based on the patented orifice design of the original Turbo TeeJet nozzles. Depending on the chemical you use, large air-filled drops with less drift can be produced through a Venturi air aspirator.
The all polymer construction of the Turbo TeeJet Induction Spray Nozzles provide excellent chemical and wear resistance, so they can be used to handle soil applied herbicides, as well as systemic herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides in many broadcast spraying applications. You can also use these nozzles with automatic sprayer controller systems.
The compact size of these nozzles help prevent damage to the tip, while its patented orifice design provides large, rounded passages that help minimize plugging. Pre-orifice can be removed if required.
