Free Shipping Everyday

At Rittenhouse USA free shipping is not a promotion; it's the way we do business. We are proud to offer free shipping to customers across the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order values, coupons, promo codes, or end dates—just FREE SHIPPING for qualifying orders.

Free Ground Delivery

We ship using FedEx or UPS across the contiguous United States.  Your package should arrive within 3 - 5 business days - often sooner!  We strive to ship your order the same day it is ordered provided that the order is received by 3 PM EST.

Expedited Delivery

For a fee we offer expedited delivery service with FedEx or UPS.  Most packages will arrive in the contiguous United States within 2 business days of purchase.

Express Delivery

If you need your order sooner we also offer, for a fee, Express shipping (arrives the next business day) services to most addresses in the contiguous United States.

Express shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the package(s) being shipped.

To ensure that Express orders are shipped the same business day, please place your order by 12 PM EST.

Order Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped order tracking information will be sent to you to confirm your purchase is on its way.

Returns

Please contact us directly before returning any items. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued; any items without an RGA will not be accepted or refunded.

Once an RGA has been issued, products may be returned to:

We make every effort possible to ensure you get the right product. If we make a mistake we will ensure that you get the right product or a full refund* including all shipping charges (if applicable). For regular returns and exchanges we are happy to issue a full refund* for the purchase price of the product. Any shipping costs you incur by sending the product back to us cannot be refunded.

*All products being returned must be in new, resalable condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price. We perform a product inspection upon receipt of the returned item(s).
