Portable Winch Pulling Plate for Vehicles - PCA-1310

The Portable Winch PCA-1310 Pulling Plate can be inserted on a vehicle ball and allows a synthetic rope to attach to it.

The straight and smooth drum design on the pulling plate ensures the rope is easily untied without damage. The slot on the left side allows a chain link to be inserted to pull directly behind a quad. On the right of the knob, a hook is used to attach a steel ring or sling. The keyhole shape opening permits it to slide onto a towing ball up to 2" in diameter. Once it has been positioned on the ball neck, the plate is able to rotate and align with the load.
