Intended for hunters and foresters looking to hold or lift a load in position, the Portable Winch PCA-1272 Double Swing Side Self-Locking Pulley features a cam brake system that allows a rope to pass freely in one direction, while blocking it in the other direction.

The cam brake is held by a spring and can be disengaged by simply pulling a cord.

This self-locking pulley also serves as a standard pulley. Just block the cam in the open position by using the provided pin.
