Portable Capstan Winch - High Speed - PCW5000-HS

When pulling speed is of greater importance than power, the PCW5000-HS High Speed Portable Gas Powered Pulling Winch is highly recommended.

Capable of pulling up to 700 lbs. on a single line, this high-speed version of the PCW5000 has an amazingly fast pulling speed of 120' per minute, depending on the load.

Only weighing a mere 35 lbs., this PCW5000-HS can be carried virtually any place where pulling applications are required. It anchors to anything using the included PCA-1260 Polyester Sling or with other Winch anchoring products.

How to use: This high-speed gas powered pulling winch can be used with any length of rope, but the rope must have a minimum diameter of 3/8" and a maximum diameter of 5/8". Tie the rope around the object requiring removal, for example a hung-up or fallen tree, heavy log, dead animal carcass, or a vehicle stuck in the mid. Wind the rope around the capstan drum 3-4 times. The drum will rotate repeatedly when the engine is turned on. The load is pulled as friction is generated by the pulling on the free end of the rope. The load moves at a rapid speed of 120' per minute, depending on the weight of the load.
