Hypro Kit 1640 Gearbox - 9910-KIT1640

Hypro Kit 1640 (9910-KIT1640) is a 6:1 gear reduction / gearbox that attaches the Hypro D30, D303, or D403 Diaphragm Pump to a standard 5.5 HP Honda or Briggs & Stratton gas engine with a 3/4" keyed shaft. It also can be used with the D50, D503, and D813 diaphragm pumps, providing these pumps are used at lower pressures that do not surpass 5.5 HP gas engine capacity.

The gearbox can be used with 90 weight gear oil. Many automotive and hardware stores keep 90 weight gear oil in stock. Do not put too much oil in the gearbox and do not fill past the ridge on the dipstick.

The Hypro 9910-KIT1640 Gearbox is compatible with:

• Hypro D30, D303, and D403 Diaphragm Pumps
• Hypro D50, D503, and D813 Diaphragm Pumps (only if used at lower pressures that do not exceed 5.5 HP engine capacity)
