The Hypro D50 Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit Repair Kit (D50REPAIRKIT) is the most comprehensive repair kit available for the D50, as it is essentially 2 kits in 1, providing repairs for your diaphragms (9910-KIT1725) and valves (9910-KIT1920).

If the oil in your pump appears milky grey in color, you will need to change your diaphragms. Do not run the pump with oil that is mixed with spray, it may damage your pump beyond repair.

Diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours of use, while valves and o-rings should be replaced every 6 months or 1000 hours of use if your pump is in constant use.
