Hypro D403 Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit - Complete

The Hypro D403 Repair Kit (D403-RK) is intended for repairing diaphragm, valve, and o-ring problems on your Hypro D403 and D403GRGI Diaphragm Pumps.

This repair kit is the most complete and comprehensive kit for the D403 and D403GRGI, as it is essentially 3 kits in one, providing quick and easy repairs for the diaphragms (Kit 2423), valves (Kit 2388), and o-rings (Kit 2389).

We recommend having a repair kit handy for your Hypro Diaphragm Pumps so they remain reliable in the field for many years to come.

If the crankcase has mixed oil in it, it will have a milky grey color. Stop using the pump because the diaphragms will need to be changed. Make sure the pump is not run with oil that is mixed with spray because it may damage your pump beyond repair.
