Hypro D403 BlueFlex Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit - Complete

If your Hypro D403 or D403GRGI Diaphragm Pump needs a quick repair of its diaphragms, valves, or o-rings, use this Hypro D403 BlueFlex Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit (D403-RKBLUE) to bring it back to life. 

This repair kit is much more extensive than other Hypro kits, as it combines three kits into one to provide you with the parts you need to replace the diaphragms, valves, and o-rings on your Hypro D403. Included in this repair kit are the new BlueFlex diaphragms, which establish a new benchmark for diaphragm toughness under harsh working conditions. The BlueFlex diaphragms are made with the finest diaphragm material available, capable of withstanding use with liquid fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, weed killers, and other liquids and aggressive chemicals. The thickness and shape of the new BlueFlex diaphragms have been carefully developed to reduce mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, especially under tough working conditions.

If you notice the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, this most likely indicates your diaphragms are damaged and need to be replaced. Stop running the pump and replace your diaphragms immediately. The diaphragm pump can be seriously damaged if it runs with damaged diaphragms.
