This repair kit includes the same parts as the popular Hypro D30 Diaphragm Repair Kit 9910-KIT1724 with the addition of a 9910-180101 Sight Glass O-Ring.

Check your diaphragms regularly to keep your diaphragm pump in excellent working condition. If you see the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, this most likely indicates your diaphragms are damaged. Stop running your pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. Running a diaphragm pump with torn diaphragms can cause severe damage to your pump. If your pump is in constant use, it is recommended to replace the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours of use to keep it performing up to standards.
