This Hypro repair kit is essentially the same as the Hypro 9910-KIT1724 Diaphragm Repair Kit, as it includes the same parts with the addition of a 9910-650670 Dampener Diaphragm.

Running your diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can cause severe damage to the pump. If you see the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, this most likely indicates your diaphragms are damaged and will need to be replaced immediately. It is highly recommended to replace the diaphragms on your Hypro D30 every 3 months or 500 hours if it is in constant use, so having this repair kit handy in the event of a diaphragm failure is always a good option.
