The BlueFlex diaphragms are a new and innovative type of diaphragm material that redefine how durable a diaphragm can be, even under tough operating conditions. BlueFlex diaphragms use some of the top-performing diaphragm material currently available. The shape and thickness of the BlueFlex diaphragms have been carefully optimized to reduce mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, even in tough working conditions.

In most cases, the diaphragms need to be replaced if you see a milky grey color in the sight glass or if oil comes out the discharge port. This indicates that one or more of the diaphragms have split. Replace the diaphragms immediately or serious damage to the pump may occur. Ideally, diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours if the pump is in constant use. Similar to Hypro 9910-KIT1724 Repair Kit but with BlueFlex diaphragms.
