This repair kit includes the new BlueFlex diaphragms, which establish a new benchmark for diaphragm toughness under harsh working conditions. The BlueFlex diaphragms are well suited to handle use with weed killers, liquid fertilizers, fungicides, pesticides, and other liquids and aggressive chemicals. The design of these diaphragms, most notably the shape and thickness, are carefully optimized for reducing mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, even in tough working conditions.

A good indication the diaphragms are damaged is if you see a milky grey color in the oil sight glass. Stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. You can cause serious damage to your diaphragm pump by running it with damaged diaphragms.
