More extensive than other Hypro repair kits, the D30REPAIRBLUE includes the new BlueFlex Diaphragm which establishes a new benchmark for diaphragm toughness under the harshest of working conditions. BlueFlex diaphragms contain the toughest diaphragm material currently available, perfect for use with weed killers, pesticides, fungicides, liquid fertilizers, and other liquids and aggressive chemicals. The design of the BlueFlex diaphragm has a unique shape and thickness for reducing mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, even under tough working conditions.

A good indication the diaphragms need to be replaced is if you see the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color. If you see this, stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. Running damaged diaphragms with your pump can result in serious damage to the pump.
