The Hypro D252 Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit (D252REPAIRKIT) is a complete rebuild kit that fixes common performance problems on your Hypro D252, D252GRGI, and D252GRGI58 diaphragm pumps.

If you notice the oil in your pump has turned into a milky grey color, then you have a torn diaphragm. Stop using your pump and replace the main diaphragms to avoid permanent damage to your diaphragm pump.

The Hypro D252 Repair Kit includes:

  • 2 O-Rings (9910-480440)
  • 2 Buna Diaphragms – Black (9910-800080)
  • 1 Accumulator Diaphragm (9910-800190)
  • 2 O-Rings (9910-800210)
  • 4 D252 Valve Assemblies – with o-ring on valve (9910-809060V)
  • 4 Valve O-Rings (9910-880830)

    Good quality and I would buy again, however it seems to me that the two seals for the main body to gear reduction box should have been included.
