Hypro 1700C Roller Pump

The Hypro 1700C Roller Pump is a low pressure, 5-roller pump that can be used for a variety of agricultural and industrial spraying applications, as well as fluid transfer applications.

The cast iron roller pumps are suited for pumping large quantities of water. However, the cast iron materials and Viton seals provide excellent chemical resistance when handling common agricultural chemicals, so this pump can be used to handle herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, emulsions, abrasives, some brush control chemicals, and more. The Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and chemical resistance of nylon for superior wear life.

This Hypro 1700 Series Roller Pump has an economical rotary-action roller principle whereby no check valves are required, while still providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps.

Counterclockwise pump shaft rotation allows for easy PTO adaption. 

Note: Use a pressure relief valve on the discharge side to prevent damage from buildup of pressure if pump discharge is blocked or closed and power source is still running.
