Comet APS41P and Honda GX160QXE Electric Start Engine Assembly

This Comet APS41P Plastic Coated Diaphragm Pump and Honda GX160QXE Electric Start Engine Assembly will make an excellent addition to your professional spray rig, as it is capable of providing reliable performance in the toughest spraying applications. 

We have assembled the Comet APS41P Diaphragm Pump and Honda GX160QXE Gas Engine Assembly, which also includes a pressure regulator and gearbox for attaching to the engine with a 3/4" shaft, for professional customers who do not have the time or are unable to make their own. The assembly is ready to drop into place on a spray rig ; however, some assembly is required. The regulator needs to be attached because it comes unassembled to prevent any accidental damage that may occur during shipping. A professional sprayer tank and the proper plumbing are also required. Once you have that all set, you can bolt the Honda engine down, attach your hoses, and you can now start spraying. We have included oil in the box but it is not placed in the engine or gearbox to prevent any accidental spills during shipping.

You can use the Comet APS41P and Honda GX160QXE Assembly in many professional, industrial, agricultural, horticultural, and lawn spraying applications, as well as low-height tree spraying under 40'. The assembly is more than capable of handling the pumping and spraying of herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, liquid fertilizers, and other common agricultural chemicals.

To prevent corrosion from affecting your pump, the pump heads on the Comet APS41P have a special electrostatic dipped plastic coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance. This plastic coating penetrates the aluminum surface and does not chip easily during transport. The valve plugs and discharge plate are also plastic coated to provide additional protection in the most common corrosive areas within the pump. Another excellent feature on the Comet APS41P is its 'Duraphragm' technology, which helps to increase the life of the diaphragm by protecting it from direct contact with the chemical inlet.
