Add this Comet APS41P Plastic Coated Diaphragm Pump and Honda GX160QH Gas Engine Assembly to your spray rig to provide reliable performance in many professional spraying applications.
We have assembled this Comet APS41P Diaphragm Pump and Honda GX160QH Engine combo, which includes a pressure regulator and gearbox for attaching to the engine with a 3/4" shaft, for our professional customers who do not have the time or cannot assemble their own. The assembly comes ready to drop right into place on a spray rig ; however some assembly is required. The regulator needs to be attached because it comes unassembled to prevent any accidental damage that may occur during shipping. You will also need a professional sprayer tank and the proper plumbing. Once all that is in order, bolt down the Honda engine, attach your spray hoses, and you can now start spraying. Oil is included but it not placed in the engine or gearbox.
This Comet APS41P and Honda GX160QH Assembly can be used for pumping and spraying a wide variety of common agricultural chemicals, including herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, liquid fertilizers, and other fluids. The pump-motor assembly is best used in professional, industrial, agricultural, horticultural, and lawn spraying applications, as well as low-height tree spraying under 40'.
The pump heads on the Comet APS41P Diaphragm Pump have a special plastic coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance. The electrostatic dipped plastic coating penetrates the aluminum surface and does not chip easily during transport. The valve plugs and discharge plate also are plastic coated to provide added protection in the most common corrosive areas within the pump. Another great feature on the Comet APS41P is its 'Duraphragm' technology, which helps to maximize the diaphragm's life by protecting it from direct contact with the chemical inlet.
