If you notice a milky grey color in the sight glass, it may be time to replace the diaphragms because this usually is an indication they are worn out. Diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or after 500 hours of use to keep your pump operating at maximum efficiency.

The BlueFlex material used on the diaphragms are some of the best performing material available, capable of handling a wide range of general agricultural chemicals and some aggressive chemicals. The shape and thickness of the BlueFlex diaphragms are carefully optimized to reduce mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, even in tough operating conditions.
