If you notice the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color, this usually means the diaphragms are damaged and need replacing. Running your pump with damaged diaphragms can cause serious damage beyond repair. The diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or after 500 hours of use to keep the pump operating at maximum efficiency.

The BlueFlex material is some of the best performing material available, enabling use with weed killers, insecticides, fungicides, and some aggressive liquids as well. The shape and thickness of the BlueFlex diaphragms have been carefully optimized to reduce mechanical stresses during the pump's working cycle, even under tough operating conditions.
